Bhakti Yoga/Stretch & Pray
On a trek through Thailand and Nepal, Bishop Murray Fink was introduced by local guides to a practice of gentle stretching and quiet prayer also known as Bhakti Yoga (Yoga of devotion). Integrating body and spirit in a gentle practice led to increased vitality and joy. On his return, Bishop Fink shared this practice with others. Rev. Serena Sellers has practiced Stretch and Pray with Bishop Fink, and has been practicing yoga for over a decade. Pastor Serena will lead a weekly session of Stretch and Pray at 7 am at the Moondog Yoga Studio in Quakertown.
While this weekly session will be free of charge, a free-will offering will be forwarded to the Quakertown Food Pantry.

Looking to slow it down? This class is for you. A slow, gentle practice for beginners, prenatal, postnatal, and those recovering from illness or injury.

What is Restorative Yoga? Just that... Restorative! This practice is supported by various props that allow to stay in poses for a long period of time without any strain, stress, pain, or discomfort.
Slow Flow Yoga
Slowing down allows us to focus more. See things in a different way (posture). This flow is suitable for all levels of practitioners.
This practice helps you balance the busy-ness of daily life. Yin involves variations of seated and supine poses held for several minutes. This reaches the deep layers of our connective tissue along with the muscles creating greater flexibility and mobility throughout the body.
Yoga Plain & Simple
New to Yoga? Not sure where or how to begin? Our beginner series is a perfect place, starting in a nurturing, supportive environment at a slow & steady pace. Students will learn to create breath and body awareness, a yoga essential. Classes will focus on basic poses, with lots of instruction, helpful suggestions, options, and modifications. The goal will be to build strength, confidence, and independence to move on to other offered classes. This series is for those who prefer a slow and steady pace, and those with back problems or other health concerns.
