Yoga for Preschoolers (ages 3 - 6)

Yoga for children provides a safe and nurturing environment for the development of mind, body, and spirit through creative games, stories, songs, and yoga poses.
Taught by Colleen Albanese.
$75 for the series. $140 with Beginner Series. $13 drop in. Registration required.
Yoga for Kids (ages 5 - 11)
Thursdays, September 27 - October 18 4:30 pm; Fridays, October 26 and December 7 6:30 pm
Children, ages 5-11 are invited to join Miss Colleen for this fun filled class.
parents: we are now offering YOU an all-levels yoga class while your child(ren) having fun with Miss Colleen
Games, songs, and of course yoga poses will help them gain confidence and learn the value of mindfulness.

Girl Power Fridays (ages 7 - 12)
Fridays, September 14, October 12, November 16, and December 14 2018 6:30pm
This 4 part series is designed to take girls ages 7-12 on a journey toward love and acceptance of themselves and others.
In this workshop, we introduce young girls to the concept of love, kindness, and care of self, others and the world around them. Workshop activities include but aren’t limited to creating a vision board, journaling, and yoga (including 1 aerial yoga class). Girls will learn how their thoughts, feelings, words, and actions impact people around them. Knowing that their inner qualities are who they are and that they can use these qualities to make their communities better for themselves and others. Girls leave the workshop inspired and empowered.
Space is limited to 10 girls
$85 if registered by 8/31; $100 after
Kids Yoga Workshop
Friday, October 26th
Friday, December 7th from 9:00am-12:00pm.
For kids ages 5-12.
In this workshop, we will explore yoga poses through games and music, have a healthy snack, create a craft, and end with a meditation story. The children will enjoy partner yoga, creating cooperation and community.
Winter Break Mini Camp
Thursday, December 27th and Friday, December 28th from 9:00am-12:00pm.
For kids in grades K-5.
Home for the holidays? Give your kids an outlet for their energy by sending them to this 2 day Mini Yoga Camp with Miss Colleen.
Students will enjoy: yoga, non-competitive games and obstacle courses, mindfulness-based breathing exercises, and creative crafts.
