Bhakti Yoga/Stretch & Pray
on a trek through Thailand and Nepal, Bishop Murray Fink was introduced by local guides to a practice of gentle stretching and quiet prayer also known as Bhakti Yoga (yoga of devotion). integrating body and spirit in a gentle practice led to increased vitality and joy. on his return, Bishop Fink shared this practice with others. Rev. Serena Sellers has practiced Stretch and Pray with Bishop Fink, and has been practicing yoga for over a decade. Pastor Serena will lead a weekly session of Stretch and Pray at 7 am at the moondog yoga studio in quakertown.
while this weekly session will be free of charge, a free-will offering will be forwarded to the quakertown food pantry.
