sleep: a wellness series


It's a Wonderful Life...well, it can be. Do you worry and fret when you should be sleeping? Do you have trouble falling asleep, wake up in the middle of the night, or wake up still tired?

In this six week, small group series, we will examine the causes and remedies for sleep troubles, using the science and philosophy of yoga, ayurveda, and psychology, also known as the Three Wisdoms Tradition.

$120 for 6 weeks. registration required Space is limited to 8 participants.
