Explore the practice of yoga...Classes are appropriate for all levels of yoga practitioners. Modifications and adjustments are made, ensuring students advance at their own pace. 

Bhakti Yoga/Stretch & Pray

On a trek through Thailand and Nepal, Bishop Murray Fink was introduced by local guides to a practice of gentle stretching and quiet prayer also known as Bhakti Yoga (Yoga of devotion). Integrating body and spirit in a gentle practice led to increased vitality and joy. On his return, Bishop Fink shared this practice with others. Rev. Serena Sellers has practiced Stretch and Pray with Bishop Fink, and has been practicing yoga for over a decade. Pastor Serena will lead a weekly session of Stretch and Pray at 7 am at the Moondog Yoga Studio in Quakertown.

While this weekly session will be free of charge, a free-will offering will be forwarded to the Quakertown Food Pantry.

Community Yoga ($5)

This wallet friendly class invites all community members with or without any yoga experience!  

Gentle Yoga

Looking to slow it down? This class is for you. A slow, gentle practice for beginners, prenatal, postnatal, and those recovering from illness or injury. 

Musically Inspired Slow Flow Yoga

Restorative Yoga

What is Restorative Yoga? Just that... Restorative! This practice is supported by various props that allow to stay in poses for a long period of time without any strain, stress, pain, or discomfort. 

Slow Flow Yoga

Slowing down allows us to focus more. See things in a different way (posture). This flow is suitable for all levels of practitioners. 

Yin Yoga

This practice helps you balance the busy-ness of daily life. Yin involves variations of seated and supine poses held for several minutes. This reaches the deep layers of our connective tissue along with the muscles creating greater flexibility and mobility throughout the body.

Yoga for Strength

Hold powerful poses, repeat vinyasas, and incorporate light weights into your practice. This class will help you tone and strengthen your body and mind.

Yoga in the Park

June's Dark Side of the moon class meets Sunset in the park. 

June’s “Dark Side of the Moon” practice is an all-levels class to the music of Pink Floyd’s “Dark Side of the Moon.” The flow is usually taught during a full moon, and is based on two different versions of moon salutations, making it a little more meditative than a sun salutation-based practice. Moon poses, such as Half Moon, also round out the practice. These elements are the stable core of the practice, and a common theme throughout is the luminous lightness of the moon.

This class will take place at the amphitheater located in the Park at 4th in the borough of Quakertown.
