Deep Tissue Therapeutic Massage
Are your muscles fatigued, sore and/or over worked? Our massage therapists can give your body the relief it needs. The Deep Tissue Therapeutic Massage will relieve sore, tired, and tense muscles by applying firm, controlled pressure and friction to an afflicted area across the grain of the muscle. It will relax the rigid tissue and diminish the pain associated with stiff muscles, ligaments and tendons.

Pre or Postnatal Massage
Light to firm pressure is customized to a women's needs during and after pregnancy. During pregnancy a woman's body undergoes tremendous changes, not only physically, but emotionally too. Our Prenatal Massage will help to minimize stress, promote relaxation and help prepare the muscles for childbirth. After delivery, our Postnatal Massage can help restore a woman’s body to pre pregnancy condition while getting the relaxation she needs!

Reflexology
Reflexology is a form of bodywork that involves applying pressure to certain reflex points on feet and hands. Reflexology can be used to alleviate pain and relieve stress. It is also used to help with migraines, insomnia, digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, and conditions such as arthritis. You can schedule an appointment for just reflexology or have it added to a massage.

Acupuncture
