join us at the Himalayan Institute in Honesdale, Pennsylvania. on 400 acres of serene woodland in the Pocono Mountains, this retreat center is an idyllic setting for a rejuvenating weekend with our yoga community (sangha).

From your first steps onto the campus, the burdens of everyday life will start to melt away. Over the course of the weekend, you'll explore how to relax deeply and release tension through gentle yoga practices and guided relaxation techniques. Our sessions will focus on letting go and transforming ourselves using asana (yoga poses), pranayama (breath control), and reflective discussions. This journey of movement and breath aims to open your heart, still your mind, and revitalize your body, guiding you through the art of release.

You'll emerge from this weekend not only feeling refreshed but also equipped with sustainable practices to maintain your sense of peace and rejuvenation at home, ensuring the benefits of your retreat extend well beyond our time together.
