Yoga for Beginners (6 Week Series)

New to Yoga? Not sure where or how to begin?                                                                     Our beginner series is a perfect place by starting in a nurturing, supportive environment at a slow & steady pace. You will learn breathing exercises, basic postures and their alignments, plus relaxation techniques. This series is for those who prefer a slow and steady pace, and those with back problems or other health concerns.                           

Have you been practicing  yoga by dropping into classes for the past several months? This workshop will pull it all together.  Great for anyone who needs a fresher or just wants to focus on the basics.     

$60 early bird registration until Septmeber 15th; $75 after
