summer camps


Yoga helps children develop body awareness and learn to use their bodies in a healthy way. Through breath awareness, movement, mindfulness, and meditation, children can reduce stress and improve concentration. Yoga camp creates a healthy, non-competitive environment in which kids increase confidence and develop a positive self-image.

There will be games, stories, crafts, and a healthy snack.

$175 if registered by June 1st; $195 after

ages 5-9 - Monday through Friday, July 23rd- July 27th, 9:00am - 12:00pm

ages 9-13 - Monday through Friday, July 30th- August 3rd, 9:00am - 12:00pm
