welcome to moondog yoga! we’re so glad you’ve found us. our studio is a space where everyone belongs, whether you’re brand new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice.
getting started
if you haven’t done yoga before we recommend starting with back to basics, gentle, discover your inner calm, or restorative (oct-march). these classes move at a slower pace, focus on alignment, and give you time to learn the foundations of yoga in a supportive environment.
once you feel comfortable, you can explore other classes like warm slow flow, vinyasa, or workshops designed for growth and curiosity.
sign up for your first class
walk ins are welcome to most of our classes but you can also register online to reserve your spot. we encourage new students to sign up in advance and arrive 15 minutes early for your first class so we can show you around. we offer drop in rates as well as class packs and an unlimited option.

parking is available in our lot. if there are no spots available there is street parking. the lot behind the trolley barn is also public parking
please leave your shoes at the door and your phones in a cubby
wear comfy clothes you can move in
bring a yoga mat (or borrow one of ours)
water bottle for hydration
