Join Michelle for delicious hour long restorative yoga class. This will relax your body & mind allowing your creativity to flow. Then, Lauren Huebner (an art therapist and Moondog Yogi) will guide you through creating art for yourselves and others. Practice letting go of the attachment to perfection in art. Who knows what else you may be able to Let Go after that?! Unlike the monks, you will leave with a piece of art.
