Weak and tight shoulders are a byproduct of day after day of sitting at our desks, longer commutes, and way too much time on our portable electronic devices. This all leads to rounded shoulders and a neck that juts forward.

Mobility is a balance between flexibility and control and this specialty class will focus on poses and exercises to increase mobility and strengthen the area around the shoulder joint.
