What does the term “bandha” mean? The “bandha” refers to the internal muscular-physical ‘lock’ that helps to both add internal support and redirect the flow of energy within the body. Through this 6 week course, we will be utilizing the aerial hammock to help understand how to engage your “locks” for a deeper yoga practice.
Drop ins are welcome but to get the most out of this class we recommend you register for all 6 weeks. Aerial experience is required.
