Using the science and philosophy of yoga and Ayurveda to help you be your best self.

The wisdom of Ayurveda keeps our mind and body in balance with nature. The tradition of Ayurveda rests on our ability to digests not only food but thoughts and impressions. In our hectic, fast paced lifestyle moving out of balance happens easily.

Through a consultation, we will determine your prakriti (your natural born constitution) and your vrikriti (your current imbalance). Using the Ayurveda tradition, you receive  lifestyle recommendations which support your body and mind back into balance. Ayurveda is a holistic healing modality meaning the body is viewed as a whole, integrated system.  Ayurveda uses foods, herbs, yoga, and many other lifestyle habits/choices as medicine.  

This initial consultation includes: a 90 minute in-person initial consultation, a 30 - 45 minute in-person follow up, and another email/phone call follow up spanning 4 - 6 weeks. The three meetings are all part of the initial consultation.

Additional 1 hour consultations - $65 (3 for $165 or 5 for $245)

Private Yoga Instruction

One on one instruction can benefit new and experienced practitioners. New students can avoid the intimidation of starting in a group setting. A private class is a great way to learn adaptations and modifications for any health concerns, injuries, or other limitations. To meet students goals, an instructor can create a short sequence for a home practice, or focus on a specific pose or area of the body. Classes can be tailored to help anyone reach a specific goal be it spiritual or physical and can help any student take their practice to the next level. 

instruction with a 200-hour RYT: $65 per hour. add $20 for each additional person (up to 3 people, total). 3 lessons for $108; add $10 for each additional person (up to 3 people, total). more than 3 people? call us to set up a private class. instruction with a 500-hour RYT: $75 per hour.

trauma informed instruction: Trauma Informed private yoga is designed to create a safe environment where students can learn movement, breathing, and other yoga practices, to help them feel safe and empowered and give them a sense of ownership over their lives. All parts of trauma-informed yoga classes are optional, helping students decide what is best for them. Through practice, students become comfortable in their own bodies, feel safe, and build resiliency, promoting confidence and healthy relationships. $75 per hour

PRIVATE Aerial YOGA classes

A private aerial class is a fun way to “hang out” with your friends!

In this workshop style class, you and your friends will familiarize yourselves with a hammock and  feeling weightless in air and upside down!  To meet the needs of students of all levels, the class will cover the 4 fundamental poses in aerial yoga; poses on which all other poses are based. Lastly, and most definitely not the least...savasana in a hammock...ahhhh....

For your comfort and to preserve our aerial silks we ask that you wear a shirt with cap sleeves and minimal jewelry. 

$20 per person, with a minimum of 5 students and a maximum of 10. A $50 deposit is required to reserve a class.
