stress to rest is a progressive, six-week restorative yoga course that combines:

week four: understanding your nervous system
an approachable look at how the nervous system responds to stress—and how yoga and breath support safety and regulation.
week five: daily rhythms & self-care
apply these tools to everyday life through boundaries, routines, and habits that actually stick.
week six: integration & moving forward
bring everything together and leave with practices you can continue using long after the series ends.
